We survey the existing conditions and prepare a visualisation, a structural design with 2D/3D documentation and the structural calculations. Manufacturing then works from our own documentation.

    Laser-cut parts made to your drawings or to our own documentation.

  • Bending

    Bending of sheet-metal parts as the step after laser cutting.

  • MIG, MAG, TIG welding

    MIG, MAG and TIG welding. Welding of steel structures by MAG (process 135) is certified to EN 1090-2 and EN ISO 3834-2, under the supervision of a welding coordinator.

  • Machining

    Machining of parts and welded assemblies.

  • General metalwork

    One-off production, from simple assembly fixtures to steel structures.

  • Surface treatment

    Surface treatment arranged to the customer's requirements.

  • Design solutions

    Structural design based on your requirements or an on-site survey, with 2D/3D drawings.

  • Structural calculations

    Structural verification as part of the design.

Metal fabrication from site survey to finished product and installation

Techkov s.r.o. is a certified Slovak company with many years of experience in metal fabrication and a broad scope – from simple assembly fixtures to load-bearing steel structures. Every order is handled with a focus on quality, precision and flexibility.

Our 1,500 m² production facility is located in the Astra industrial zone in Bučany, next to the D1 motorway, with easy access for trucks. We deliver finished products with our own vehicles throughout Slovakia and abroad.
